I can't believe that I have intentionally forgot to blog. Well, it's not that I'm beginning to lose my blogging mojo or I'm not feeling emotionally okay to write. A reader actually asked me why I wasn't blogging, she said I looked happy with all my IG posts so she wondered what went wrong. Uhm, is this a good excuse? I felt sluggish these past few days that even turning on the lappy was a daunting task. There. Like what I always post in my Facebook page whenever I'd get too busy to blog, follow me on Instagram! There are nice photos there; not very pro photography-wise but it's about me: food I cooked, my happy little artist, quotes I like and all things Bebeng. Yuhh, I check that first now more than my email. Haha! I told yah, I'll be flooding you with my Queenstagrams.

Mango Float
This dessert is as easy breezy and really yummy as the other dishes I have posted here. What you just actually need is a little patience and neatness. I think it took me a number of mango floats to reach this look. Most of the time, during my previous tries, it was sloppy. But practice makes perfect! And ever since my husband has been assigned in Zambales, where mangoes are ultra sweet during harvest time, Mango Float has been like an adobo of desserts. I can whip this up like it's so mundane. *forgive me as I fan myself with so much kayabangan*
Ingredients:
- 1 pack 200g graham crackers
- 1 154ml condensed milk
- 1 250 ml all purpose cream
- 2 medium-sized ripe yellow mangoes

Holiday Thrill at Subic Fiesta Carnival

We went there during the holidays when Sophia and I were at R's camp. So, I'm getting hooked on doing this photo essay thing. It saves me time from making kwento, but I spent so much in editing. You think I deserve a DSLR? ;)
It's nothing fancy as Enchanted Kingdom or at least as phenomenal as Star City but what's important was, the little girl enjoyed. Hey. we did, too! I may not be fond of rides, but I'm such a perya queen - toss coin, balloon darts, etc! There's an entrance fee of Php50, the comfort rooms are uncomfortable and the Bingo announcer sounded really bad. But I enjoyed the grilled food and the very delectable sisig the gays were selling. R and the soldier friend, who went with us, rode that circular thing shown in the photo. Someone threw up. Guess who! :p
